How inquiries are handled
Form submissions are sent by email to info@swerveacademy.org or volunteering@swerveacademy.org, depending on the type of inquiry. We do not sell your information.
Data retention
Website inquiry emails are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. After that period, they will be securely deleted unless retention is necessary for an ongoing organizational matter, legal obligation, or other legitimate business or nonprofit purpose.
Hosting and security logs
Our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and operational purposes. IP addresses may also be used temporarily to limit abusive form submissions.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Third-party service providers
We use Resend, a transactional email service, to deliver form submissions to our inboxes, and a hosting provider to serve this website. These providers process data on our behalf. Fonts are served from this site's own domain.
